New Beachy Fabric Collections
A Summer Home is happy to introduce fresh new fabrics into our exclusive product lines for 2009!

Seaside Upholstery Fabrics:

  • The Seaside Escape collection features a
sophisticated beachy look with classic green, gold, and coral accents. Available in three versatile colors - black, sand, and navy.
  • Incorporate a subtle beachy pattern on a new sofa, loveseat, or chair with A Day at the Beach. This beachy fabric's blue and sand hues will coordinate with many existing furnishings.
  • Easily compliment any existing or hard-to-match  decor with our new neutral fabrics, Bahama Mama Cadet and Tahiti Sage.

Draperies:
Compliment a number of fun coastal-inspired looks with our new vibrant drapery shades - Mystic Lagoon, Spa, and Salem Burgundy.

Bedspreads:
Easily update your rental property bedrooms with a rich and colorful tropical  bedspread. The Maderia Breezes pattern features many vivid island-like colors throughout a decorative palm leaf and tropical flower pattern.

Utilize Existing Furnishings in Your Property Refurbishments
Determining rental property updates can be overwhelming, but there is no reason to start completely from scratch. Begin by working with existing items that are in good condition and coordinate new pieces that will easily freshen up the property's overall look, making an immediate and noticeable impact.
  • Recover worn dining chair seats with new fabrics in a vibrant solid color or fun beachy pattern that matches your existing furniture and adds a new decorative element.
  • Replace problematic vertical blinds with hospitality appropriate draperies. The upfront expense pays off over the long run - drapes are more durable in a rental environment and can easily last in good condition for up to 10 years. Guests would also rather have draperies in their rental unit - they are easier to use and block out bright direct sunlight.
  • Adding a new bedspread immediately freshens your bedrooms and gives existing furniture new life. New sleeper sofas, loveseats, and chairs will invigorate the whole living area by incorporating a fresh fabric that coordinates with your current flooring, draperies, paint, and accent furniture.
  • Lamps, artwork, and accessories are a quick, easy, and affordable way to liven up a unit's existing decor with a fun and fresh look.
We are happy offer a FREE UNIT INSPECTION to help you determine the best way to meet your refurbishment needs. Contact us with any questions or to schedule a unit inspection.
