• Complete the following online application or download the application and fax the completed form to 843-448-4389
• Fax or email (sales@asummerhome.com) a completed the South Carolina Department of Revenue Resale Certificate (if applicable).
• Fax or email a copy of your valid tax-exempt certificate
• When your membership is processed you will receive an email regarding the program and special discount codes to use when shopping online
• Please allow 2 - 3 business days to process your application
